For more than two decades now, the Overland Resource Group team has partnered with many dozens of organizations and their labor groups, facilitating transformational change in complex environments through collaboration. And for the next 20 years (or more!), we will remain the go-to change management consultancy for those organizations with organized employees. However, we see a need for our proven collaborative approach and processes in non-unionized organizations. So we are expanding our services to bring value to organizations of all sizes and sectors, whether public, private, governmental, regional, multinational, unionized or non-unionized.

While our scope is changing, rest assured some things remain the same no matter the nature of a client organization’s labor relationships. We remain dedicated to helping organizations succeed, through facilitating collaboration, boosting engagement, aligning goals, and implementing sustainable change. Something else that remains the same is that Overland team members are all highly experienced professionals; there are no junior partners. Our clients can expect to work with highly experienced senior consultants who have successfully facilitated large scale change efforts within many complex systems.

Another principle that is unchanged is that Overland partners with our clients every step of the way. From the initial exploratory conversations all the way to our exit at the conclusion of co-creating sustainable desired change, our clients can expect consistent support and trusted guidance. Also unchanged is our customized our approach, tailored for what the client truly needs. We draw from an extensive range of tools, models, processes, and talents to meet client requirements, regardless of industry. (Our middle name is Resource, after all!).

If you are a past or current Overland client, thank you for allowing us to support your organization’s evolution. And if you haven’t worked with us before, but know your organization wants and needs help to change, adapt and thrive, we can help. Old friend or new, I hope you will check out our revamped website, orginc.com, to learn more about the expanded ways that Overland Resource Group helps organizations work better.
