Lee Bolman holds the Marion Bloch/Missouri Chair in Leadership at the Henry Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He holds a Ph.D in organizational behavior from Yale University. Bolman consults and lectures worldwide to corporations, public agencies, universities and schools.
Joan Gallos is a professor of leadership at Wheelock College. She holds master's and doctorate degrees organizational behavior and professional education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
