Cathy Wright

Cathy WrightAs an Overland Resource Group senior consultant for more than a dozen years and now an \org\ partner, Cathy Wright has managed complex organizational change projects in major corporations and the federal government, and assisted labor and management leaders in transforming their adversarial relationships into productive ones. She guides labor and management leaders in jointly defining the future they want to create together, and helps them maintain a steadfast focus on building and sustaining the collaborative processes that take them there. Cathy has helped joint clients realize outcomes once thought impossible, including lobbying Congress as a unified force; jointly designing alternative results-based compensation systems; establishing issue resolution processes that reduced system-wide grievances by 80 percent; and creating leadership structures that make collaboration the new norm. With an extensive background in organizational communication, Cathy helps leaders align their words and actions-thereby creating a powerful force for change in operational improvement for the organization and quality of work life for employees.

Renee Addington-Carey

Renee Addington-CareyWith more than two decades of experience with Overland Resource Group and its predecessor company W.P. Dolan & Associates, Renee Addington-Carey has shepherded the firm's business systems through start-ups, growth cycles, ownership changes and technological transformations. In her current role as Partner/Vice President of Business Operations, Renee manages the accounting, purchasing and budgeting functions; administers benefits, payroll and other personnel matters; and handles contracting with clients and consultants. Renee keeps the business side of Overland Resource Group running smoothly, enabling the other partners to devote their attention to helping labor and management leaders create enduring and productive collaborative processes.

Robert Hughes

Robert HughesBringing labor and management together to collaboratively create better outcomes for both parties than they could achieve alone has been the life's work of Robert Hughes, Overland Resource Group's founder and president since 1996. With a career in organizational change work spanning more than 30 years, Robert has consulted to "joint" clients in industrial manufacturing sites, corporate headquarters, R&D complexes, distribution centers, public utilities, federal government agencies and engineering facilities. Under his leadership, \org\ has achieved a diverse client base, a strong presence in the transportation sector, and complex, long term projects in both the private and public sectors. He has secured strategic business alliances to assure \org\ clients have access to state-of-the-art web-based training and on-line collaborative workspaces that give them the skills and technology to collaborate effectively across geographic and functional boundaries. Robert is a strategist, confidante, and thought partner to CEOs, leaders of large labor institutions, executives of functional lines of business, and local union presidents, who call on him to share his perspective on labor-management relations and what it takes to get the parties working in tandem for long-term and mutual gains.

Mike Hunter

Mike HunterAs president of LightSpeed Learning, a sister company to Overland Resource Group, Mike Hunter is a nationally recognized expert on several fronts-- large scale organizational transformation, adult learning, and labor-management collaborative skill building. Mike has a proven track record as a senior consultant to Fortune 100 clients for helping them achieve dramatic and measurable productivity improvements. For more than 20 years, he has been applying the principles of Organization Development to help clients solve pertinent business issues and align human resource initiatives with measureable outcomes. As at home in front of an audience of several hundred leading an organizational work redesign session as he is in one-on-one consultation at a union hall or in an executive suite, Mike is a master at tailoring change interventions to meet the unique needs of a variety of clients.
